AVRAMAR Pagrus with Safran Sauce

  • 4 AVRAMAR Pagrus Fillets
  • 2 tbsp. Onion Slices
  • 12 Tomato Slices
  • 2 tsp. Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Safran Pinch
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt


(2 Portions)

Preparation: 20 minutes

  1. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan and place the fillets on top.
  2. Place the tomato and onion slices, parsley, safran, olive oil on top of the fillets, season and close the paper like an envelope.
  3. Oven bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. When they are ready, open the paper envelope carefully, place the fillets on the plates and serve.
