Ingredients
- 4 AVRAMAR Pagrus Fillets
- 2 tbsp. Onion Slices
- 12 Tomato Slices
- 2 tsp. Chopped Parsley
- 1 Safran Pinch
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt
Method
(2 Portions)
Preparation: 20 minutes
- Place parchment paper on a sheet pan and place the fillets on top.
- Place the tomato and onion slices, parsley, safran, olive oil on top of the fillets, season and close the paper like an envelope.
- Oven bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- When they are ready, open the paper envelope carefully, place the fillets on the plates and serve.
