Ingredients
- 4 AVRAMAR Sea Bass fillets
- 2 tsp. dry oregano
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. dry coriander
- 2 tsp. sesame
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 baby potatoes, cut in half
- ½ tsp. salt
Method
(2 Portions)
Preparation: 20 minutes
- Mix all spices together in a bowl.
- Place the fish fillets with the baby potatoes in the steamer for 20 minutes.
- Pour the spices sauce over the fillets and serve with the potatoes on the side.
