AVRAMAR Sea Bass fillets with spices and baby potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 AVRAMAR Sea Bass fillets
  • 2 tsp. dry oregano
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. dry coriander
  • 2 tsp. sesame
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 baby potatoes, cut in half
  • ½ tsp. salt

Method

(2 Portions)

Preparation: 20 minutes

  1. Mix all spices together in a bowl.
  2. Place the fish fillets with the baby potatoes in the steamer for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour the spices sauce over the fillets and serve with the potatoes on the side.
