Ingredients

  • 4 AVRAMAR Pagrus Major fillets
  • 6 tbsp. butter at room temperature
  • Zest and juice from 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 8 baby potatoes, cut in half
  • Salt

Method

(2 Portions)

Cooking: 20 minutes

  1. Mix the butter with the rest of the ingredients, except for the potatoes and the fish.
  2. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan and place the fillets and spread the butter on top.
  3. Oven bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve the fillets with the potatoes on the side
