Ingredients
- 4 AVRAMAR Pagrus Major fillets
- 6 tbsp. butter at room temperature
- Zest and juice from 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 8 baby potatoes, cut in half
- Salt
Method
(2 Portions)
Preparation: 20 minutes
- Mix the butter with the rest of the ingredients, except for the potatoes and the fish.
- Place parchment paper on a sheet pan and place the fillets and spread the butter on top.
- Oven bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve the fillets with the potatoes on the side
