- Prepare the couscous as usual.
- Sauté the vegetables with part of the clarified butter.
- Add to the couscous and season to taste.
- Slightly grill the fillets.
- Spray them with the remaining clarified butter.
- Garnish the fillets with aromatic herbs, season with salt and pepper and add the couscous with vegetables
