AVRAMAR SEA BASS FILLET WITH VEGETABLES COUSCOUS AND LIME BUTTER

Ingredients

  • 2 Sea Bass fillets of 120 g each
  • 150 g of couscous
  • 150 g of assorted vegetables (broccoli, green pepper, onion, dried tomato …)
  • 120 g of clarified butter with the juice of a lime and its zest
  • Aromatic herbs (chives, dill …)

Method

(2 servings)
Cooking time: 15 min

  1. Prepare the couscous as usual.
  2. Sauté the vegetables with part of the clarified butter.
  3. Add to the couscous and season to taste.
  4. Slightly grill the fillets.
  5. Spray them with the remaining clarified butter.
  6. Garnish the fillets with aromatic herbs, season with salt and pepper and add the couscous with vegetables
